Aoi Yuki, a girl who transforms into the beautiful warrior cheer Sapphire and fights the demons that lurk in the school on the condition that she creates a cheerleading club. Aoi, a warrior as well as a girl in love, creates a cheerleading squad to support Makoto Shindo of the soccer team, and recruits former softball player Miku Aino and former swimmer Hiromi Tomosawa. However, when the demon Klun learned of this, he replaced Makoto into the demon Kerler, Miku into the demon Jarrah, and Hiromi into the demon Seilene. When Cheer Sapphire discovers that the demons are Makoto and his friends, she is unable to fight satisfactorily, but is hurt and defeated by the three demons, and is taken prisoner.
