Miyuki Yamano was given the mission to protect the peace of the earth by the god of the twelve signs of the Japanese zodiac, and as an Etrian, she fought against monsters on a daily basis. The rival Bakenekodayu, out of long-standing resentment over being excluded from the twelve signs of the Japanese zodiac, challenged the twelve gods and their follower, Etrian, to a battle, planning an opportunity to strike back. One day, Bakenekodayu succeeds in resurrecting the legendary Mya-gyou and Nyan-gyou, gods of destruction. Bakenekodayu takes them with him and plans to overthrow Etrian. The power of the two legendary gods of destruction was overwhelming. Etrian was ruthlessly and unceremoniously subjected to a one-sided violence of destruction and collapsed.
